This Privacy Policy explains what information AltScent ("we") handles when you use our app and website (the "Service"), and the choices you have. We aim to collect as little as possible.
AltScent does not require an account and does not ask for your name, email, or password to browse. The fragrances you search for are sent to our servers only to generate suggestions and are not tied to your identity. We may process limited technical data (such as device type and app version) and aggregate, non-identifying usage data to keep the Service running and improve it. If you choose to give us an email address — in the feedback form, or to hear when a new edition of one of our reports is published — we store only that address, the page you gave it on, and the date, and we use it only to send you what you asked for. You can ask us to delete it at any time; see the section on your rights and data deletion below.
